Anthony Fauci on how to prevent infectious disease (May 2019)

Anthony Fauci gives common sense and correct (but incomplete) advice on how to optimize our immune system. Why did he not advise any of these things during the COVID 'pandemic'?

David Rubenstein: The best way to prevent getting an infectious disease, and having you as my doctor is what, wearing a mask, ... I can see someone ready to sneeze, walk away?

Anthony Fauci: No no no, you avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive.
A. Good diet.
B. You don't smoke I know. I know you don't drink, at least not very much, so that's pretty go.
Get some exercise. I know that you don't get as much exercise as you should.
Get good sleep.

I think the normal low tech healthy things are the best thing that you can do, David, is stay healthy.
