Omelette With Cheese (Omelette Au Fromage)

I apologize for the posting delay. This is a long episode, but we had a blast working on it. Today we are doing two omelette recipes, the proper French version and then the Coin Kitchen version. We hope you enjoy it :D

Ingredients:

French Omellette:
1 slice Port Salut Cheese
3 eggs
1 bundle of chives
A bit of butter (50g or less)
Salt & Pepper by taste

Coin Kitchen version:
3 slices of cheddar toast cheese
3 eggs
A bit of butter (50g or less)
Salt & Pepper by taste
1 bundle of chives or 1 sliced tomato (optional)
