Go pro in 4k converted down to full Hd

Aftwr filming in 4k I couldn't play it on my windows 7 32 bit computer . So I used Filmora to reduce the size so I can edit and use the clips . Need a newer computer that can handle 4k. Until then all my videos will be filmed in full Hd
I did a comparison on the video on the quality. But I render it down to 720p due to my laptop not coping with the file format
