Hoi An is often considered as one of the most beautiful cities in Vietnam.
Because of its 800 ancient buildings, Old Town has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.There is a distinctive ‘old town’ feeling here which is like stepping back into the Vietnam of ancient times, and the city is also famous as it was never bombed during the Vietnam War.
Hoi An is also located on the Thu Bon River, which is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and local markets. At night, you may walk along the banks and enjoy the views over the rippling river.
