Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sues Golden dealership, claims sex and race discrimination

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit Thursday against a Golden car dealership claiming managers and employees discriminated against other employees based on both their sex and race.
