THE PRO-CHOICE PRO-LIFE DISTRACTION

The question for me has never been, “are you pro-choice or pro-life”, because that debate has no end. Both sides are so entrenched in their ideologies that no middle ground will ever be achieved. So my question is less about the right to choose or the protection of life and is more about our diseased culture. This debate has effectively distracted us from asking why our modern civilization with all of its advantages aborts babies at the rates that we do. As long as we keep arguing over the branches and leaves we are never going to address the root.
