MAKE MEDITATION ENJOYABLE

Are you a creative person?

Creativity is one of the best ways to help us heal and bring more happiness to our lives

Did you know that meditation is the best thing for our creativity.?

When our eyes are closed, our imagination takes over and when our eyes are closed, we can imagine anything that we want.

Meditation can be a completely different experience if we approach it differently

We often associate meditation with being calm and quiet. Many people say that they struggle to sit still and their mind gets to distracted

So instead of trying to clear the thoughts, instead create the thoughts. Create your own place of bliss and have fun with the process

Music can really help us get into a state of flow. It can be used as our vehicle to take ourselves out of our head.

Check out the playlist below, select one song, and set the intention of figuring out where you are. The music has a way of taking us to many places. My clients often go to past memories, different countries, magical places and sometimes past lives.

Whilst listening to the song with your eyes closed, focus on your breathing and notice the feelings within your body.

This is key to really have a deeper experience.

Sometimes you may not experience too much, stay consistent. Just note, that even if you do not experience too much, your mind, body and health are benefiting

As little as 10 minutes per day will change your life in so many ways.

The saying, “time flies when you are having fun” well time disappears when you get really into it. You come out of the experience not knowing how long you were in it for
