I am strongly influenced by Sadhguru and his methodology. I do though apply my own thoughts on how to sleep well. As an alternative practitioner of alternative medicine and treatments. I believe alternative and conventional medicine methods and ways of treatment can work hand in hand. We need sleep we can't function without it. Sleep brings energy and regenerates our body and mind.
