I had returned from an OIF deployment January, 2006. I had missed the entire first By the fall of 2007, my so called Army wife slammed me with a divorce like a wrecking ball through what little foundation of security I had left. So I moved out to Camp Roberts base housing to live with the mice who were actually very supportive.

With my Star Card (AAFES Online)I bought a nice Camcorder to have fun with. I just wanted to goof around and forget my troubles.

This was before smart phones. The camera was a JVC Everio HD, Hard Drive, Digital Video Camera with a fixed Fujinon Lens.

All clips were filmed with this camera and utilizing the built in microphone, except for the EST-2000 sequence wich was filmed on a a pocket Nikon CoolPix S51, 8.1 MP, Camera.

The stunning Flag Waving footage on the titles and end credits was filmed on the JVC Everio HD at the Phoenix National Cemetery on a cool windy day.
