In this video, I showcase 5 guided journals. Celebration of Life: A Legacy Journal, Mental Health Journal: A Mental Health Recovery Workbook, Find Your F&*king Happy, Everything Sucks Gratitude Journal, and Present not perfect For Difficult Times.

Journaling is a great way to dump your thoughts and not hold it all in. If talking things out isn't your cup of tea, I highly recommend journaling either on physical journals or digital journal apps. Guided journals are great because of the questions/prompts that help focus your 'braindumps' or reflections. You can create your own prompts or questions but sometimes you may not even know what to ask. I'll cover that in another video.

Journaling is also great for getting insights and clarity. Since stress can sometimes be caused by not knowing what to do, journaling can help with that.
