HOW YOUR BREATHING IS HURTING YOUR BACK! (PT4/6: BREATHING)

The lumbar spine, specifically L4, L5, and S1 are the most commonly injured vertebrae's in the vertebral column. This is typically due to poor posture, breathing patterns, muscle imbalances, and sitting frequently. In this video, we will go over the correct way of breathing to keep our lower backs healthy.
First, went over diaphragmatic breathing and how this causes an expansion of the belly and ribcage. Secondly, we went over chest breathing which involves using our neck and shoulders to breath which pulls on the scalene muscles, simultaneously pulling on the quadrates lumborum from bellow. Thirdly, we went over imbibition and pumping of the organs. Lastly, we went over how our breathing changes when we are stressed compared to being relaxed.
