Every citizen in El Salvador is provided with an "anti-COVID-19 kit" containing the following products free of charge by the government, if needed.

The kit contains:
▪︎Paracetamol and aspirin (anti-inflammatory)
▪︎Loratadine (antihistamine)
▪︎Ivermectin (against parasite infestation)
▪︎Azithromycin (antibiotic)
▪︎Vitamin C (500mg)
▪︎Vitamin D (2000 IU)
▪︎Zinc (50mg)
▪︎Electrolytes (minerals)

Guatemala and Bolivia are now also implementing this program. This is what it looks like when governments have a genuine interest in finding a solution and protecting (not killing) the population.
