In this episode, I'm going to discuss the housing shortage and how it has lead to "Not in My Back Yard Syndrome"
The housing market is in a crisis. There’s an acute shortage of homes for sale, which has led to skyrocketing prices and bidding wars that are making it impossible for many people to buy their first home. But there’s hope on the horizon! In this podcast, we will discuss how a housing shortage has States passing laws that will allow homeowners to build duplexes on their existing properties. Existing home sales tanks and new home construction are artificially inflated by home builders. 400,000 homeowners are exiting forbearance in September and will they impact the housing market or not.
