20210923 Equity - The Daily Summation

Perhaps I'm alone among folks who tend to lean to the right, but I consider equity and inequity to be meaningful things.

That said, I see a BUNCH of folks on the left HORRIBLY ABUSING the concepts.

They say things that make it clear you can readily skew either concept.

How is refusing to send therapeutics to people in need, stating that people who DON'T need them (at least to nearly the same degree), "equitable?"

Forgive me, you're going to work awfully hard to explain that.

How is taking from people who work exceptionally hard and giving to folks who don't equitable?

Yet again, assuming you can convince me AT ALL, you can't count on a long road to that end.

This is the sort of thing I see being discussed, when people babble about inequity.

Again, do I BELIEVE IN inequity (and the possibility of correcting it)?

Certainly!

That said, THESE ARE NOT examples.
