Replacing the Wheel Speed Sensor On My 2018 Ram 3500 (SRW) – 09/22/2021

So, what happened here is that the wire to the wheel speed sensor got loose from its bracketry, got caught on probably the wheel & ripped itself out. This video shows what is involved, such as the brake rotor having to come off and what problems to expect. The whole thing with the brake rotor really sucks, because it was an otherwise good rotor, and only had to be messed with because FCA could not design a cable tie-down system correctly! I hate seeing an otherwise good part go before its time, especially, when it had to do with some other part that had nothing to do with it directly; that is why I opted for the “better” aftermarket rotor in this case. Sorry for the video being so lengthy, but there where many important points that needed to be driven home.
