Before the city of Albert Lea and Police Chief JD Carlson along with City Attorney Kelly Dawn Martinez used their positions and their connections and their perceived "power" to try and silence me. Sheriff Kevin Torgerson used his mouth piece, Brian Howard to "fire a warning shot across the bow" at me...
They picked the wrong person and it is back firing on them...
I am now working on getting some of my Juris doctorate friends and legislative experts to come and talk about certain aspects of my situation and the constitutionality of what took place..
When this is done, I may not have scored a major win, but I will have made the abuse of power clear...
Kevin Torgerson has violated his oath repeatedly and so have numerous people that he has slavishly serving him with no regard for their oath or their duty to We The People...
The main concern is "polishing" the thin veneer of decency that Torgerson tries to show...
Everything is about Kevin and his look, and never really about the people he is supposed to be serving...
Wake up Olmsted County and find a real constitutionally minded sheriff who will stand for even unpopular opinions...
