Border Patrol agents were seen using whips and horses to block the path of incoming asylum seekers and migrants during one of the busiest immigration seasons in decades. One agent appears to whip a rope near the face of a migrant holding food, causing him to stumble into the riverbank.

More than 15,000 people have been camping out under a bridge in Del Rio, Texas, after crossing the Rio Grande in search of a better life. Residents of the encampment have said they are struggling to have enough to eat and face temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. A majority of them are fleeing turbulent circumstances in Haiti.
