In this video, I show you my tried and true recipe and technique for my delicious large yeast bread loaves with freshly milled wheat berries. For this recipe, I use hard red wheat berries, but feel free to experiment with your own tastes using other wheat berries such as hard white wheat, spelt, or a combination!
