Did we take Czr's voice box out? Answer to the Question

We have been asked quite frequently lately if Czr's voice box has been taken out or him having been "de-barked". He has been trained to use an indoor voice which is the huffing type noise you will hear him make. But, as you can see, he if fully capable of barking however he only does it with certain commands and not on his own :)
