BUS STATIONS IN LUSAKA – BUS DRIVER

VICE President of the bus and taxi drivers’ association has told spring TV that his life is being threatened by some suspected United Party for National Development UPND supporters who he says have chased him from bus stations.
Iddrisa Banda says despite the order by the head of state that no cadres should be allowed to operate from the bus stations UPND cadres have disobeyed the president’s order and have taken over the kulima tower bus station, city market and Lumumba bus stations in Lusaka.
Mr. Banda has since called on the minister of local government and home affairs to seriously look into the matter.
