Banana Bread

Simple banana bread, my mother's recipe, I make it all the time.
First, line the loaf pan, I spread butter over the entire surface of the pan, then add the flour and shake it over until it covers the surface of the loaf pan.
Then turn the oven to bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

In large bowl add in:
3 mashed Bananas
2 Eggs
2/3 cup of brown sugar.
1/3 cup of softened Butter
mix it all together.
in a separate bowl add:
1 and 3/4 cups of Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Sift those ingredients together.
Then gradually add the dry into the wet ingredients in 3 separate portions, mixing in between.
Then, pour the batter into the loaf pan you lined at the beginning and place it in the oven at 350 degree fahrenheit.
