Henry Clay Stalk Cut Toro Cigar Review
This 6x54 box pressed stick features a dark brown firmly packed oily toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and pungent sweet chocolate mix aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with minimal light, airy, whispy mild smoke showing flavors of a sweet vanilla, strait tobacco and touch of peppery zing on the short finish. The first third performs the same, burning slow and steady. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 45 minutes, the 2nd third opens up the draw producing much better smoke, body is up to mild-medium but flavors remain very plain with just a slight sweetness, plain tobacco and hint of light earth, now all on the long finish. Construction is great with a solid ash and great burnline. Ending at 1:20 the last third showed no changes.
