PICKING ELDERBERRIES FOR WINE, PIES AND SYRUP

We had a great harvest of elderberries this year and what we love doing for our berries is to make wine out of it, pies for Dad and syrup for us this winter. It is good to take the syrup when you have colds especially when you are like us, tired of buying cold medicines that has an artificial flavor in it and who knows what they put in there! So we started doing ours. Some of our friends already ask if they can get some too. As of writing, we are still pressing them and getting ready to make the syrup.

We will definitely make a separate video of us making the syrup so we can share to you guys.
