In this test, an OSHA approved device is used to test the oxygen level in the air that one is actually breathing. It's not one of those useless finger tests shown on YouTube.

It's explained in the video that OSHA requires a minimum oxygen level of 19.5% in a work area. Normal oxygen level in the air we breathe is 20% to 21% of the air.

In the test, the oxygen level was measured at 20.5% without a mask. The test with a mask shows an oxygen level of 17.4%.
