Perimenopause in Scotland - A Journey around the world [ Video #4]

We need to be loud and take action.
Let's consider our situation in the States only; we have a high suicide rate among women between 45 and 54. These are the years in the middle and end of Perimenopause.
Rather than dying from an illness, these women are dying from perimenopause, a natural hormonal shift that no one talks about.
We need to make our voices heard. We need to put an end to it. There is a need for a Perimenopause Awareness Movement.
Sadly, this remains a silent issue around the world, and most women are not getting ready for it before age 35, the age when our estrogen and progesterone begin to decline.
Some countries have already started the conversation, but there is still a lot to be done.
This is Perimenopause in the UK... This video examines how women are coping at work, with aging, understanding what is happening to them, their national health system, health supplements, and how men are handling it.
How does it compare to your country?

Because we don't know how our bodies change after age 35 and we find out about Perimenopause when we are already in the middle of a natural hormone imbalance.
This is an issue for all women around the world & it's interesting to see how different countries, societies & cultures affect the Perimenopausal experience.
We need a PERIMENOPAUSE AWARENESS MOVEMENT, and this is my contribution to it.
