Hey, guys! In this video, Dr. J and Evan talk about how primitive diets evolved through time and the impacts of organic diet and having enough nutrients. The term “organic” means to the way agricultural products are grown and processed. Organic livestock raised for eggs, meat, and dairy products is produced in living conditions accommodating their natural characteristics (such as grazing on pasture) and fed organic feed and forage. They did not receive antibiotics, growth hormones, or any animal by-products.
The foo process in terms of growth can significantly impact your environment, mental and emotional health. Organic foods are more often have nutrients, such as antioxidants, than their conventionally-grown counterparts. Allergies to chemicals, foods, or preservatives may find their symptoms lessen or disappear when they eat only organic foods.
