Life always throws you curve balls and we need to find a way to hit them. If you get a simpler glimpse it may be that things are not as bad as you think. 1. Everything is not about you

2. Everything is temporary

3. Happiness is a result of your approach to life, not what happens to you

4. Lookout the people that are in your corner

5. Bad times don't define you, but your approach does

6. Complaining, screaming, crying about it, won't change anything

7. Do not go to the blame game

8. Do not panic
