This 6x54 box pressed stick features a heavy, dusty brown oily wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and musty damp aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium-full bodied some of a musty leather and wood with a short finish. The first third keeps the same flavors with just the wood coming down a notch. Draw is slightly snug with smoke decreasing a bit. 30 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the mustiness goes away while a tinge of sweetness joins in. Body is down to medium while the draw is still slightly snug, smoke output is decreasing but the burn is very good still holding a solid ash. Ending at 1:15 the draw improved, the body is back to medium-full while flavors go to a deep, bright wood with a slight heat on the finish, giving bourbon notes.
