Rav Zev Epstein has been advocating for medical religious freedom of choice. One of his major concerns is that the Achduth (cohesiveness) of the community not be impacted.

He has given expert testimony in Washington, D.C. and in front of the State Senate in Trenton, NJ and Hartford, CT.

He has met with many Gedolim regarding vaccination, and his testimonies have focused on the rabbinic view of vaccination.
