GLUTEN FREE LETTUCE WRAPS!!

On a whim after work/school, Asa and I ducked into the Fat Cat Bar & Grill to grab a quick dinner. I wanted to try this place when it was first built, (which was actually a different restaurant back then), having driven by a thousand times, always headed somewhere else. So tonight, as we drove by, it was an impulse stop. And boy are we glad we did.

To my surprise, they had a handful of GF items to choose from. The appetizer prices ranged from $8 -$18 and included fresh takes on old favorites.

Asa had the “Buffalo Mac n Cheese Meatballs,” I ordered the “GF Chicken/Tofu Lettuce Wraps” and Sweet potato fries for both to share.

We were very happy with our meal and you’d never know the lettuce wraps were GF, which is what I’m looking for in a GF product, something comparable to its non-GF counterpart AND delicious in its own right.

We are definitely going back to try more items. Check them out, located in Mid-town, Reno, NV
