🐇 Training A Food Aggressive Bunny ❤

First uploaded Apr 26, 2015 on my retired YT channel.

This is Oreos, who was a female New Zealand bunny that I rescued when she was unwanted. She was purchased by people who had brats for grandchildren, and who foolishly bought them any living thing that might satisfy the little brats. It's always a stupid idea to buy a living animal to placate a child. The lucky ones may end up in a rescue. But most aren't that lucky and end up dying of neglect. Oreos came to the rescue not having been loved enough to have learned socialization, so, she needed much time to work with her before she could have ever become a candidate for adoption to someone else. But that never happened. Oreos was only with the rescue a couple of years before she developed a health issue that took her life. She is still missed, and is remembered for being just a bunny who deserved love, and better than she was given in the years in her first home.

Please give, and help provide medical care and sanctuary for wildlife and many exotic animals who have no one else to help them. This rescue is funded entirely on donations, and what comes directly from my own pocket. There are no government grants. No corporate sponsors. Just me, and the donors who believe that these animals need help. Your support helps keep the doors open and one more animal to be saved.🐤 🐢 🦎 🦆 🐇 🐁 🐟 You can help by making a donation today.
