Mannington Adura Luxury Vinyl Plank installed over an existing ceramic tile floor in a kitchen. The existing ceramic tile floor was skim coated with two coats of a portland base embossing leveler. This procedure eliminates the need to pick-up the ceramic tile especially since the tile is under the cabinets. The new Adura Vinyl Plank was installed over the smooth coating via a floating installation.
