Rhino Ramps or another item to elevate you, helps you get into a deeper squat, only go as far as your comfortable with, don't go beyond your limits. Make sure your heel, big toe, middle and pinky toe are in contact with the ground or platform at all times. If not, you need to regress into a regular squat, preferably an air squat.
