The Biden administration announced that the booster vaccine plan will start on September 20. This triggered the resignation of the two heads of the FDA's Office of Vaccine Review, OVRR. Both officials are frustrated that the CDC has interfered too much with the FDA's approval process for vaccines, and they are disturbed by the implication of the third vaccine shot.
