How bad are things? The White House routinely cuts the video feed when Biden goes off the rails

Joe Biden was ranting incoherently at a 9/11 memorial event on the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11th attacks. This is the man in charge! Also, Biden was in Boise, Idaho meeting with officials and the White House cut his feed after he asked a question to another official. As soon as Biden goes off script, the White House livestream cut the audio out!
