Resurrection ferns are epiphytic, which is a fancy way of saying that they grow on other plants, but aren’t parasitic. They get nutrients from the air and rain! True to its name, resurrection ferns will often look dead during times of drought, but as soon as it rains, they turn a nice, leafy green again.
