Whitney Bjerken | 1st Competition After Having COVID 19! | 4th Level 10 Gymnastics Meet

It was difficult to prepare for this meet because I tested positive for COVID 19 after my last meet. I had to quarantine for 10 days and then tested negative prior to my return to gymnastics. I'm still trying to regain my strength.

It's been 14 months since I had my second surgery on my elbow for osteochondritis dissecans or OCD. It was a more complex surgery this time around, so my doctor just recently allowed me to start using my arm again.
