Seated Upper Back Row Machine- 4 Sets x 10-12 Repetitions Working Up To A Max Weight Set Followed By A Back Off Set

Seated Row With Rope- 3 Sets Working Up In Weight. Final Set Triple Drop Set.

Bent Over Rows With D Handle Bar- 4 Sets Working Up To Max Weight

Standing Pulldown With Small Mag Bar Handle- 4 Sets Moving Up In Weight. Go To Failure On These For The Finisher.
