Welcome to the wonderful world of meditation.
Here are some easy ways to start your routine and stay consistent with it.

Step 1: Create a sacred meditation space -somewhere you won’t be disturbed if possible -get comfortable -light a candle or do something to signify the start of your practice

Step 2: Have a plan -Block off some time so you don’t disrupt your routine -Your own meditation routine -A guided meditation
Have a notepad nearby (or phone) so you can take notes when you have AHA moments

Step 3: Set an intention -Let yourself sit in silence for a moment and ask yourself “what’s it like to be me right now?” discover your present moment experience and align your intention with what you need most (example - if you feel anxiety - the intention could be peace)

Step 4: Meditate -There are many types of meditation (i can guide you through many) but a great place to start is by focusing on the present moment with a breathing exercise -Bring yourself into a state of relaxation with your breathing and then stack gratitude on top of it -Come out of your meditative state with clarity about how you want to show up in the world and maybe even some actions to take next
