Gurkha Warlord Super Toro Cigar Review

This 6.7x60 stick features a dark chocolate super toothy oily wrapper with small veins, tight visible seams, double cap, very light but firm pack and a faint cedar aroma. First light reveals a fair draw requiring a quick double puff putting out mild, smooth oily dusty chocolate notes with a short clean finish and fast burn. The first third burns very fast, coming up to a mild-medium adding a dry woodiness and sweet apricot only on the retrohale. The finish is now lasting to the next draw. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes slowing slightly with the same profile. Ash holds in small chunks at best but construction and burnline is great. Ending at 50 minutes the last third shifts again to a medium body showing notes of a straight cocoa, zingy cinnamon and hint of vanilla on a long finish of the same.
