This 6x50 stick features a dark tan wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, color imperfections, tipple cap and soft woody aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with good medium-full bodied creamy smooth smoke production showing flavors of a bitter wood that pushes through on the long finish. The first third still carries the bitterness, adds a big zinggy pepper, the burn is very good but short with the ash falling in inch chunks. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes with the bitterness dropping, the creamy texture taking over the finish and the body holding. Finishing at 50 minutes, the last third had no further changes.
