9/11 survivor recalls escaping from 81st floor; losing 15 friends

A local 911 survivor who barely escaped the 81st floor of the World Trade Center says the days leading up to the anniversary are the hardest. Two decades later she is still haunted by the friend she was forced to leave behind.
