President Putin has paid his respects to Evgeny Zinichev, the Minister for Emergency Situations, who died on Wednesday while attending a drill in the the Arctic city of Norilsk. The president silently bowed his head as he stood before the coffin, before expressing his condolences to the relatives of the deceased.
