Info from Licensor: "Concerned about security, residents of Rua Albatroz, in the neighborhood of Afogados, in the west of Recife, decided to try to improve the situation in an unusual way. They started putting a horror movie-looking doll sitting in the middle of the street from 10pm until midnight to try to scare off thieves and reduce the number of robberies in the area."
