(Today's a migraine day, hence the dark room.) It's dueling *ssholes taking the top prize today. Sec. of State Blinken says it's the Taliban's fault we can't get airplanes out of Kabul. A few hours later, Jen Psaki says the planes can't leave because our government doesn't know enough about all of the people on board. Funny, that didn't stop us a couple of weeks ago when we loaded every random Afghani at Karzai onto a plane - no questions asked. Do these people even listen to each other talk? (BTW, I didn't cover it, but I saw a story today out of Politico that some WH staff won't listen to/watch Biden's live appearances because of all of the gaffes, etc. It's too painful!)
