Reverend says Capitol Police denied him ability to hold prayer vigil on 9/11

A Christian minister is asking for prayers and support as he challenges the federal government, which he alleges is denying him the ability to hold a prayer vigil in remembrance of 9/11. One America's Benjamin Nichols has the story.
