TRUTH IS HARD TO SWALLOW

California wants to pay a few people to stay clean while the state and the country have far bigger problems. The exact structure that things they can save a few people is causing much more devastating things happen to far more people as a result of their actions.

Nothing says poorly organized and bloated beaurocracy like making headlines with an ineffective program while procuring vast human suffering at the same time.

It is pretty hard to swallow a cure and even harder to pay somebody off to prevent destructive behavior. Temporary solutions are not solutions, they are a band-aid on a broken leg.

With just a look beneath the surface, the facts don't lie about the addiction problem in America, and the best they can come up with is pay some of them off? Who makes money from this? Shhh, just take your meds and stay quiet.
