I spent 7 years in an Australian prison (2010-2017, Acacia Prison, Wooroloo, Western Australia). What I see with the operation of these quarantine hotels and detention centers is nothing short of prison lockdown protocols to the letter. I experienced many such lock downs (as caused one myself).
