Rescue disable puppy from the poorest life to the queens life

This baby girl is just one and a half month old, born with disable on her 2 hind legs. Her condition is very bad as u see in the photo. Only 1 and a half month old but has mange on her body. Ava is paralyze since she born.
She has mange from her mom and someone dumped her somewhere in Chonburi, Thailand. I wish I can find home for her before I stop rescue dog.
