Connecticut Gun Group files suit against the state of CT.

Rumble — The Connecticut Citizens Defense League (CCDL) filed suit in Federal court against the state of Connecticut over egregious, unwarranted, delays in processing pistol permit applications and the gridlock in the NICS system reducing the sale of firearms in the state to a snail's pace. The suit lists Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport and Waterbury CT. police departments which have a long history of delaying permit applications beyond the state's eight week mandate for timely processing of permit requests.
